Testing unit: Changchun Institute of Optics and Precision Machinery and Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences.

Method of measurement: optical non-contact measurement (micro-interferometric measurement).

Measuring instrument: 4D interferometer (detection light source wavelength is 632.8nm).
